This meeting was an excellent forum to meet with other bioscience organizations and to network. Thank you very much and I will most definitely be at the next meeting.

It was a little cramped. Great attendance. Interesting pitches.

Very good meeting. Please encourage (require!) all speakers to use the microphone and to stand on the box; also ask them to repeat questions before answering them.

The outing was great with very informative talks and great networking. I brought my boss (Director of Chemical Development at Agilent Technologies) who was very impressed.

It was a great way to network in a relaxed environment!

Was about what I expected. As always, people were very friendly. Of course the beer helps. Maybe should have a sponsored door prize where everyone drops their biz card into a fish bowl.

I liked the idea of "formal presentations", but I think it's difficult to pull off once people get to socializing.

This was my first BioBeers, and I enjoyed it. I was glad you let the sponsors speak a few minutes, especially if that is not what you have normally done. I wish the networking part had been slightly more organized, maybe similar to a speed dating setup. The room was too crowded to move around and meet a lot of people.

Hard to move around and meet people.

The talks were informative, but no networking is going to get done in such a small room with so many people, it's way too noisy.

Thought there was a wonderful turnout. This was my first, but plan to attend any and all from now on - as long as they're this good. Great that you're checking with your audience afterwards. The venue was a bit crowded, but would rather have it be too crowded than too empty. Liked the time to "speed network" - would have liked a bit more time, actually. Thought the idea of a free beer to get a name tag was a great idea; name tags help so much, but compliance can be a challenge, so great way to get people to comply. One idea - prior to the speed networking, how about getting people to identify themselves (through a show of hands) whether they're in devices, pharma, or bio? Once identified they could all move to different parts of the room to be with their kindred spirits. That way the speed networking could be more productive. Also, how about asking attendees to sign up if they would like to connect with other attendees via LinkedIn? Keep us the good work! Steve Heim

Concept is great. I liked people being encouraged at the start of BioBeers to find some people around them to introduce themselves. Talks were short which I think is very important for this type of gathering.

Attendance was fantastic. Beer was great. Venue is a bit noisy and I have hearing problems, so had to do some lip reading but not too bad.

Great meeting! Looking forward to more speakers. I think it's a great idea to combine guests from industry, entrepreneurship, and finance with the opportunity for quality networking. The best meeting yet!

The space was good, the beer was excellent. It was nice to have a short and sweet talk about news in the community.

I thought this event was a great opportunity to meet likeminded people and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The only recommendation I would make is for more time dedicated to "speed networking".
