I am an organic chemist.
Please tell us a bit about your current and historical work history.
I currently work for Prof. Dan Feldheim (Chemistry and Biochemistry, CU Boulder) on Nano therapeutics areas. I worked at ArrayBioPharma for 8 years as a medicinal chemist on protein kinase programs.
What is your speciality? (e.g. Regulatory, Sales, R&D, Biz-Dev, Manufacturing, etc.)
R&D, small molecule therapeutics, medium scale process chemistry for animal toxicity studies
What do you hope to gain from attending the BioBeers Meetup events?
I am switching career to a nano-chemist with a very strong organic-medicinal chemistry background. I am very interested in nano therapeutics areas.
How far are you willing to travel to attend a BioBeers Meetup? (e.g. Boulder to Denver, Ft. Collins to Colorado Springs, etc.)
Mostly Denver to Fort Collins
